What is saved
If you submit the form, the site saves your name, email, area of interest, optional location, message, language, consent version, submission time and a site-scoped ChatGPT user identifier.
Saved website reviews
When you save a website review, we retain your journey choices, notes, language, experience version, save time, revision and site-scoped account identifier. Earlier versions are kept. The review API returns only the signed-in account’s own reviews. These notes do not authorize a public or operational launch.
Why and who can access it
The purpose is to review your enquiry, not to subscribe you to marketing. Records are stored server-side in this private site’s database. The site owner and authorized platform administration can manage them. This form does not automatically email anyone or grant access to confidential documents.
Retention and requests
Enquiries and website review versions are retained for review. No automatic deletion schedule is configured yet. You can ask the site owner in the conversation through which you received this private link to access, correct or delete your enquiry or saved review; include its reference. Do not submit sensitive personal, health or payment information.
Preferences and analytics
Your language is carried in the page URL. Form drafts stay in page memory until submitted and are not stored in browser storage. This website does not install marketing analytics or tracking cookies. ChatGPT hosting authentication is handled by the platform.
